has the innate ability to see spirits wandering around his hometown.
Despite this, he lives a relatively normal life with his family. That was, until, a hollow had come to his house and threatened his family.
Rukia Kuchiki, a soul reaper working for the Soul Society had also rushed to the scene in order to exterminate the hollow. As Rukia gets defeated by the hollow, she sacrifices her power into Ichigo, turning him into a Subsutiute Soul Reaper.
Ichigo's normal life is now replaced with the responsibility to protect his friends from the dangers that lie ahead.
Around 2019, I had watched BLEACH over the summer. I immediately fell in love.
BLEACH perfectly encapsulated a really interesting story to me. I was already a fan of cool characters with swords, and that's exactly what BLEACH's entire gimmick was. It had a bunch of cool characters wielding swords with amazing powers all neatly tied up within a pretty reasonable and interesting plot.
The character designs of BLEACH were also phenomenal. Before I knew it, I had binged almost every episode of BLEACH and started to read the manga in order to catch up and finish it. When I did, my 14 year old ass was crying. I realized that this might be my favorite animanga of all time.
So I've updated this after a while. Like almost a year ago when I made this collection, I only had one thing - the first volume of bleach. But now I have way more than that. A little bit more, anyways.
I got the last volume of bleach, most notably! I bought it for 5 dollars at a game store, and while it was slightly roughed up, I'm still super excited about it. Eventually I wanna buy the manga with the actual titles, because VIZ Media removes the titles and that kinda sucks, since they're my favorite part of the covers.
Last time I only had the first volume - which I bought at barnes and nobles.
I also have an Ichigo and Uryu figure from Banpresto, which I both bought at a GameStop one day. The worker almost enticed me with a 90 dollar Ichigo figure, but I backed out because there was no space. I highly regret it to this day - it looked so cool.
Anyways, we keep grinding the collection. Maybe 2025 will have much more charms for me.
Jushiro Ukitake is a side character and also my favorite character in ALL of BLEACH. In my opinion, he's very wasted in all of the Manga and I hope the anime fixes that this cour.
A kind and gentle soul, Ukitake is the captain of Squad 13, the squad that Rukia Kuchiki also serves under. He was trained under Squad 1 Captain Genryusai Yamamoto along wih his best friend, Squad 10 Captain Shunsui Kyoraku.
His Zanpakuto is Sogyo no Kotawari, a two-sword Zanpakuto that allows Ukitake to redirect any energy attack from the tips of his swords. He does this so fast the attack originally looked like it came from his Zanpakuto.
Despite his powerful fighting, Ukitake prefers to take the pacifist route and inspired me to be kinder in life. Ukitake is also inflicted with an illness on his lungs that makes him cough blood, an illness that prevents him from always fighting.
I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Kubo is (mostly!) incapable of making an ass design.
